Refund and Returns Policy

How to return or exchange:

If you need to return anything* that you have bought from us, for any reason, please return within 30 days of the purchase date and make sure they are returned as new, with their original packaging.

1. please email us in the first instance to: orders@itsonlyamovie.uk
2. Re-package your item (unworn and unwashed).
3. Please include in your email:
   1. Name and Address details.
   2. Which size you would like to exchange for OR whether you would like a refund.
4. Please wrap the package securely.
5. Send your parcel to: Its Only A Movie c/o 19 Aire Drive, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 7NZ
6. We recommend a ‘Tracked Service’ as proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
7. Items are returned to us at your own expense. We can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error, or faulty goods. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s account.
