I simply love this film and could watch it anytime. Again, it’s about the emotions for me when I watch a horror film. Imagine being isolated, hundreds of miles away from civilisation with an alien that can replicate human forms. An unusual all-male cast, but I think that adds to the tension, you have Alpha and Beta males. Add that to amazing special effects, and you have an absolutely superb film and one of the best horror films of the 80s.
