A New York taxi driver stalks a beautiful actress attending the Cannes Film Festival, which coincides with a series of violent killings of the lady's friends.

Passed with cuts for cinema. The Last Horror Film was on the Section 3 Nasties List and was liable for seizure and forfeiture by the police. An edited version was released in 2003.
