Tenebrae is my favourite Dario Argento movie. His unique blend of horror and mystery, and other films including Opera, The Bird with the Crystal Plumage and Deep Red, make him the Master of Horror. Tenebrae is a classic ‘Giallo’, a genre of murder mystery fused with slasher horror, originating from Italian Cinema.
